Inspection report prices typically start at $1500 per 2500 sq/ft. This includes a fully illustrated, highly detailed, easy to read report and summary. Projects larger than 2500sq/ft are priced by scope of work and property dynamics. (Ask about small business and multiple inspection site discounts)

City of San Francisco A.B.E. checklist inspections are typically $525 and $200 per additional entry.

C.R.A.S.C.A. accessibility reports, which, when filed with the State of CA provide legal protections, are an additional $150. This includes filing the D.A.I.C. form to provide “Qualified Defendant” protection.

Private, confidential, accessibility reports used for informational purposes, pre lease/purchase of businesses, liability exposure etc, do not require the DAIC form step.
